The Spa Room was created out of a simple desire—to bring elevated spa services to a small town without sacrificing quality, care, or experience. These were the kinds of services I once traveled for, and I knew they deserved to exist closer to home. A space where clients could receive thoughtful, high-quality treatments without compromise.
While I am a solo provider and not a large day spa, I believe the smallest details matter most. From the way you’re welcomed, to how each service flows, to the sense of calm you carry with you when you leave—every element is intentional. The Spa Room is owned and operated by Kelly Kammerman, a licensed beauty professional with a deep passion for skincare, beauty, and thoughtfully curated client experiences. Kelly began her career in cosmetology right out of high school and later expanded her expertise by earning her esthetics licensure—where her love for skincare and results-driven treatments truly came to life.
With experience in a nationally recognized, high-end salon and spa, as well as continued work and travel, Kelly developed a strong appreciation for elevated service, consistency, and the small details that define an exceptional experience. These values are the foundation of The Spa Room.
Kelly is proud to be Iowa’s first Certified Scalp Specialist, bringing advanced knowledge and specialized care to clients seeking true scalp health and wellness—not just surface-level treatments. As a solo provider, she offers personalized, dependable care in a calm, welcoming space where every client is treated with intention and respect.
